When submitting a new ‘voice’ item how do I do the following:

+ Allow a guest to submit a ‘voice’ without entering their name or email? (right now they are both required)
+ Remove the security image field?
+ Remove/change the website field?
+ Simply add additional fields?

Sorry if this is answered somewhere, or just plain obvious and I haven’t noticed it yet.
