I’m novice in this matter. Can somebody help me to connect the SUBMIT BOTTOM with my feedback email in the contact appointment page?

Hi there,
What do you mean “connect with feedback email” ?
In basic, this component will use your Joomla! email as sender.

When the patient fill the form and submit it, where that information goes? because I don’t get it.
