Can you PM me with your site information (your site URL, your site admin account) and your FTP account? So I can diagnose this problem.
BTW, please include this forum thread URL in your PM, so I can follow it.

March 20, 2013 at 9:19 am #487176There is a jQuery collision between JA Comment and susnet_twiiter module. I changed “jQuery.noConflict();” to “jQuery.noConflict(true);” in “/modules/mod_susnet_twitter/tmpl/default.php” file to fix the problem.
Now you can comment normally. Please check and confirm the same.
Regards.
