I am not completely sure about the needs , But for the Emails subscription you may take a look on the Acymailing extension or find different extension from Joomla extension directory based on your needs .

I’ve searched quite something and I have not found so far to help , if you use module should be in every song and I have a module because the download link are different in each song .
