On the home page of the template is a subscribe form that I think is great because short and elegant, but I do not know how to make it work. I have filled in names and emails, thinking the message would be sent to the admin email directly, but no such luck. Is there any coding that needs to be added to make this work, or is this element just for the show?
Any help would be appreciated.

it is only just for demo. You should use some campaign email service, which allows such Subscribers features.

Such as mailchip, benchmarkemail….
