Hi everyone,

I wondered if JA Social supported subtitle in menu (like on some other templates http://www.joomlart.com/forums/showthread.php?36223-JA-Mega-Menu-Screenshot-based-userguide.. )

I tried but it doesn’t seem to work.

as default, the template does not support showing the title, and i have a solutions for this, i do not make sure you like that :),

.ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega a.mega {
line-height:26px !important;
}
.ja-megamenu ul.level0 li.mega a.mega .menu-desc {
display:block !important;
line-height:10px;
padding-bottom:6px;
text-transform:none;
}

You add above code into the template.css file and put subtitle for all menu at top level.

I have tried – it gave an extra space for subtitle but no matter how hard I try to ad them they don’t work for me

Hello .

I would also like have a subtitle in the menu , and the code give me more space, but how i can add the subtitle:
Typography | Test in the Menu Title doesnt work.

Any ideas?

only one issue .. you cannot use suffixes for parent tags without some fixes

How about adding this at end of template.css file::

#ja-wrapper #ja-mainnav .parent-tags a.parent-tags span.menu-desc{position:static;}

you are my hero…I will play a bit later with this as I am changing menu too It worked perfectly to adjust white bg for menu and I think I can live with that red that does display under now and use whole line. I am n not sure if it is wise to use both anyhow. Thank you so much for your time
