April 7, 2010 at 6:20 pm #150215Hello,
I want to use the suckerfish dropdown style menu with Ja_Pollux. I seem to be having issues with the width of the menu constraining text, causing overlap of menu text. See picture below. Would like to know how to resolve this. Thanks.

April 9, 2010 at 4:26 pm #339766I changed the menu back to a different menu type. What is happening if you look at the original image I sent, is that the text of a sub-menu if it’s very long wraps and goes to a second line, even if the sub-heading is one long name.
So there is an issue with the menu.

This is a bug of z-index between the menu with the text
You can see example about z-index: http://www.quackit.com/css/properties/css_z-index.cfmz-index is a property of a css rule using to layer elements in front or behind each other. so that you ‘ll adjust the value of the z-index for the ja menu. pls kindly use the firebug of the firefox, it help you finding css rule of the element

GOod luck
