August 26, 2013 at 2:14 pm #190047Hi,
I understand that in order to tag a product “hot” you need from custom fields to add a ja-product-type custom field type and set the value to hot. (I did not find any explanation in the guide, I saw from experience. Maybe it’s a good idea to add it.)
However, I made a few changes to a couple of products and it’s not working for them. You can see it here: http://www.allmassage.gr/en/treatments/packages
Only in one product it’s working. Please advice.

August 27, 2013 at 4:41 am #503554Hi 7of9,
Can you try to put the label “hot” into the custom fields of that products again? Lets send me PM with your website’s credentials if the issue still persists. I will be happy to check it for you. And tell me which products you want to display that label.

August 27, 2013 at 2:05 pm #503639Hi 7of9,
It is quitely weird. The same problem on our JA Hawkstore demo site that not all products selected with “hot” custom fields will display correctly the hot label. Lets me ask our template developer, maybe he will have better explanation on this issue, I will back to reply you tomorrow morning.

August 27, 2013 at 2:21 pm #503641Hi Leo,
Did you make any changes to the css? Because all the modifications I have done, are undo now.
ie: I had change the background color, the size of the logo, etc.7of9 Friend7of9

August 27, 2013 at 2:42 pm #503647It turns out that you turned off development mode, so all my changes were disabled. I have moved them now to custom.css and turned off development mode, so it will not happen again.
However, this is a production site, so please when you change something, remember to change it back. 🙂Thanks for your effort.

August 28, 2013 at 11:14 am #503776Hi 7of9,
I have reminded our template developer on this issue of JA Hawkstore template, and a issue report is raised at http://pm.joomlart.com/browse/JATCHAWKS-95 so that you can keep track on its work flow. Our developer needs some time to check the custom field conditional functions to find out the reason. Hope that the issue fix will be included in the next update in coming time.
P/s: I’m really sorry for not rolling back the Enabling Development mode yesterday evening.

August 28, 2013 at 11:10 pm #503828Hi Leo,
Thanks for your reply. I don’t think I have access to this site. I tried my joomlart credentials, but it did not let me in.
No problem about the Enabling Development mode, I just inform you about the status of the web site, so you will know in the future. 🙂
Please ask the developer to let us know eventually how he fix it, because I cannot install everything from the beginning. I need a fix for this specific problem, since the site is finished and in production.
Thanks in advance. 😀phong nam Friendphong nam

September 3, 2013 at 2:26 am #504295Hi 7of9,
There are some priority tasks our template developers have to finish in releasing the September template – JA Muzic, so that they will check and update the issue fix of “hot” and “sale” custom field issues on JA Hawkstore template then. Hope you can be patient for it.
