I currently use JA Purity II and have a standard Module of type ‘Banner’ which shows a different banner each time the page is viewed or refreshed. I’ve used the Banner module so I can keep track of impressions and clicks.
So now I want to go to the next step and use a rotator or slider so that the changing images will make the page more dynamic.
Can anyone suggest or recommend an extension that will achieve this? It could either have it’s own impression / click tracking, or perhaps allow my existing banners to be used (?)
Since this is a Community website, FREE would be good, but low-cost is ok.

We donot have any module like that. You can find an expert to have the project done via a reliable freelance site: http://www.joomlancers.com, another network of JoomlArt. I personally recommend as thousands of projects have succeeded on the site.
However, your idea is so interesting and it will be recorded to our checklist for further reference.

Thanks Ninja – not quite the answer i was hoping for, but good to know I’m pushing the limits (even as a newbie)!
PS … any other extension you might suggest?

I found some extensions on JED: http://extensions.joomla.org/extensions/ads-a-affiliates and 2 ecommerce: http://www.ostraining.com/blog/joomla/joomlas-banner-component-for-banner-advertisement/ and http://www.dummies.com/how-to/content/joomla-banner-manager-the-categories-clients.html. You can check with them about advertising banner and hope you can get it.
