I am planning to build a full-featured e-commerce solution with Joomla and I would like your suggestion and recommendation in choosing the right platform. Can you please guide me and help me?

I have heard of Virtuemart and Mijoshop. But I want guidance regarding which is the best and easy solution available in the market.

You can choose any of this extension both are powerful and widely used.
You can check the rating and reviews on Joomla extension directory to see the popularity.
JA Decor template has a theme for Mijoshop extension, if you will use Virtualmart it will use default style of VM. However, we have the different template that supports VM and Mijoshops.
