All the instructions on Kunena and their language packs can be found on the Kunena site. They have quite extensive docs and very good support so you would be better off asking Kunena related problems over there.

It is possible using what is known as a bridge component such as jfusion. However, it can cause a lot of work if you are new to this sort of thing. You also would probably need to know a bit of css and html to get the integration to look good. I would stick with Kunena or Agora if you want an easy life.

    All,

can i disinstall the current version of Kunena that was included with the sulfur template and install this new version which includes the italian??

You probably could but there are 2 reasons why it might not work as expected. First thing to try would be to go into the plugins manager and turn on the moo tools upgrade plugin. Then fully test your current setup and make sure everything works as expected.

If that works then in theory you can install the latest version of Kunena. The proble you will have is one of styling. Sulfur had a theme built for Kunena 1.5 so on the forum page you get a styling that fits nicely with the design of Sulfur. Kunena 1.6 uses a completely new theme engine so you would either have to put up with one of the themese downloadable from the Kunena site or code a new theme to fit perfectly yourself.
