hi,

is there any way to buy a general support from you (not only for templates..) for joomla?
i need help with few of components and stuff.
it would be very nice if i had any way to chat online with a programmer..

However, we are a friendly bunch on here and as long as it is not too time wasting then we will try and help. We also have a good community who will often give very good advice too.

Sorry mate,

This wont be possible, our developers would not be able to help you on a freelance basis, as they are pretty occupied with the work.

best is to look out on the http://www.joomlancers.com, you would surely find many developers good with JoomlArt templates.
