Over the last few months we tried to finally get abug free version of the software, but so far unsuccessful.
We purchaed the Professional site for 3 different sites for our clients and have not been able to get a single site online within 2 months and that is not because of not trying to get it to work…
Support is either careless or clueless…
I get as answer to problems screenshots from a different site as “proof” that it works, eventhough it does not work, or I get replies like:
It is working now
just to find out this answer was just posted in order to get the ticket closed with nobody even looking at the site and of course it is not working…
I usually hate to go on the forums to complain, but it seems like this is the only way to get attention from somebody “in power” in order to get something changed ….
Every update either detsroys all the changes we have done, or does not install properly or has again new bugs which were not there before or had finally been fixed and when we ask for help in fixing these bugs all we get is “It works” when it does not!…
Would really appreciate of somebody could look into these issues … they are well documented now in our support tickets….
