    I’ve put in a number of tickets this week and haven’t received any responses. Normally I hear within about 24 hours. Is support closed this week?

    So Chinese New Year is celebrated in Vietnam?

    Was there an announcement somewhere saying support would be offline for the week?

    Yep, JA did do a post about it. I took a look at the ticket system a few minutes ago and the few who are working are doing their best. Do you have any issues I can help you with here on the forums?

    Thanks for your message.

    The tickets are for bug reports/issues that require Vinh’s team to resolve. I guess if they’re on holiday that explains why I haven’t heard from them. Usually they’re very responsive which is why I asked.

    Do you know when the JA JB team will be back from their break? Can you link the post where the holiday is discussed?
