Hi Joomlart,
Just reading in another post 24 hrs is your target support response time, lately forum support response has been slow (2+ days) and email ticket support has been 2+ days. I have a current issue which I have contacted support on after trying on the forum and its now 7 days since I posted this query on the forum.
I’m not saying its taken a week for you to respond, but each time you respond and I require clarification or have further questions it takes 2 days so it gets quite drawn out and my customer does not see any resolution to the issue.
If you are having staff issues thats cool, we all get busy and fall behind, can you just let me know if this 2+ day reponse time is going to be the norm so I can plan around it.
Love your templates!

May 21, 2009 at 2:57 am #305317my issue has been resolved by support thank you. Is it better to post questions in the forum so others may learn or just use the ticket system?

I think regardless of how you get your answer, it is always appreciated if you post the solution in the forum.
the more info we have, the more often we can solve our issues without needing the help of the support team or other forum members.
