    I just love your products, but your support system sucks. Whoever came up with this should revisit the whiteboard and re-work it from scratch. I HATE coming here for support because I never get any and the documentation needs work. Quit trying to be fancy… ESPECIALLY when it comes to technical info. Make a Category list, add some articles… make it searchable… advanced search? How hard is that? All I do is waste my time and end up googling my question and finding some other board and or documentation site to get my answer to your products. Right now I simply need the mod name of the joomlart advanced custom module… can’t find it in modules folder… Would like to search this forum… but I can’t find the search box anywhere… again if it’s on this screen and I can’t find it… you’re getting too fancy, if it’s not on this screen… simple question… why isn’t it? Man I just hate wasting my time here. not even sure why I’m posting this… waiting for the coffee to finish is the only reason.

    Hi Michael,

    We do have a search button on top right corner of the site, which can be used to search whole site or specific sections of the site . http://prntscr.com/dm2b5q

    I tried it after reading your post http://prntscr.com/dm2bqp but it gave me way too many search results. Yes, a advanced search is needed to filter out results within results.

    I will be discussing this with our UI / UX teamlead to find a solution.
