    Is the support team on holiday?

    I have many tickets open since late last week which have not received a reply.

    I would like to notify that our office is closed on weekends and public holiday 12 April. We shall get back to you soon on the Wednesday when our technical staff can correctly answer you.

    However, I would like to confirm that during your usage, if you face with any issues relating to our products, you can ask for our help and we will be available and get back to you via this helpdesk system or forums within 24 hours.
