    I sent ticket last week. And i sent a new ticket 2 days ago. But your support is very slowly. I did not take any answer yet.

    Hello bilisimlive,

    Sorry for my delay, 2 of your tickets are replied.

    The reason of your problem is in “Email settings” of JA Comment settings. So you need to uncheck “View email only” check box in “Email settings” section. It’s used for debugging.
