    I’ve upgraded my account to include extensions, unfortunately I still don’t have adequate permission to access the download area.

    It’s taking absolutely ages for my ticket to be dealt with and I’ve missed my deadline now for my client!

    Why’s it taking so long somebody must be moderating it?!

    Please try to download the extension again. In case you use our extensions or templates for your clients, you need to upgrade to JA Developer membership. You current JAEC standard membership grants you permission to use for your own sites only.

    If you still fail to download, please keep us informed.
