    I looked through Q&A and couldnt find response time for support.
    I am in central USA time zone. Please advise as to your time zone for support answers
    I worked with another template support company that was on the other side of the world from me,
    so I would have to wait 24 hours for a response, which really slows production.

    We provide support service via both forum and ticket system (http://support.joomlart.com). Any questions we receive via 2 media will be resolved within 24 hours since the date of question raising up.

    (Pls note that our office is closed during the weekend)

    If the case is tough and needs more investigation into the root we shall keep you informed for further waiting.

    Could you please point me the ticket ID or forum post which you do not get our support for instant look ?
