    I have purchased more than one subscription to this “club” in the last 4 years and when I try to access the forums about templates that I have purchased to look for help I am denied access….pay more!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    If you call that supporting your products….then I wont be back.

    As per JA’s terms and conditions access to the full forums is only granted to those with an active membership. As far as I am aware the same goes for all the other big template clubs. Is there anything I can do to help you?

    The template may have changed substantially since you downloaded it. Hopefully it still works with the latest Joomla 1.5.22 version. As the tutorials are articles in the forums your best bet would be to make a local install of the quickstart where you should be able to compare all the setting yoe need. If you for some reason cannot make a local install (use Wamp or similar) then JA have got the demo builder available to you. Simply look at the demp page for your template and you will see the demo builder button. It will create a site where you can look at all the setting as per the demo. If there is any individual item in particular that you are struggling with then just ask and I will see if I can assist.

    Just to re-iterate, when anyone signs up to JA it is made clear that access to the full forums will only be available to those with an active membership.

    it’s a mess with the latest joomla & php 5.3+.
    I’ll go elsewhere.

    Paying for upgrade, new templates etc fine….paying for forum support after purchasing a product….ridiculous.

    Hi There,

    It is sad to see your decision, but Phill tried to help you even when your license has been expired. I would welcome his offer.
    About your frustration, you have to see that this kind of template club is everywhere the same. You pay a fee to get a membership for a couple of time (depending on the membership). During this time you have all the chances to download new template version and upgrades. Sure when this has been expired, you loose the access as well.

    Support is a part of your membership as everywhere. But again Phill did offered you some help.
    I tried to find a support question from you, but I was not able to find any post.

    Maybe you could give us some feedback so we can make things better and help you to join this great club again.

    I cant download a single template. I purchased JDTC for 49$ and they stole my money. I cant download!

    Please elaborate? Instead of being so unhappy with your first post why not ask for help? How long ago did you join? What happens when you try and download? I am sure that if you are having trouble JA will do their best to fix your problem and not “Steal you money” as you put it.

    I sent ticket. Does anyone read that at all? I sent email, who cares again. And I paid for templates which I cant download at all. Error message is:

    1. Your user account may not have sufficient privileges to access this page. You need to be come our Joomla/Magento Club Member to access to support forum or download area of members. Depend on your subscriptions, your account will be granted with access to appropriate forums & download sections. Member with active [joomla] Joomla Template/Extension Club can access Joomla Template forums while Magento Club membership while member with active Magento License can access Magento forums?
    2. If you are downloading product for your single purchase. Please login your Member Area to download.

    It sometimes (but very rarely) takes 24hrs for new accounts to be activated. Sometimes (again, rarely) glitches also occur so if you would like to be a little patient I am sure JA will deal with this. Remember, it is the middle of the night where JA are based and I am sure that in a few hours your emails will be seen and acted upon.

    OK, I’m a bit in the hurry, but I’ll wait. Other companies dont need 24h wait time. After 2CO purchase costumers can download instantly. You should consider to improve that.

    Normally that does happen but sometimes issues come from the way Paypal processes payments to JA. As I said this is usually quite a rare problem but it does happen.

    As a moderator on the forums all I can do is chase things up but with it being 02:15AM in Vietnam it will be a matter of waiting until they awake. Not sure where you are but I’m in the UK and often experience delays with various companies due to time differences. It is something we all have to suffer in the world we now live in.

    Finnaly I found whats worng. Your web site was messy when I ordered and under Joomla templates where JDTC 49$ offer. So I purchased Drupal instead Joomla. I didn’t download so far. Is it a way to pay additional 21$ and purchase JATC 70$ instead JDTC 49$?????
