Hey JArt,

I haven’t found anything like this out there yet – I am currently piecing together an intranet using Joomla. One of the killer apps we want to implement is the ability for our users to fill out a survey to win a prize.

There are lots of survey/form ext out there. However none of them provide the following:
- bind with user account
- user can only fill out survey once
I am new to Joomla, so please let me know if there is anything like this out there already!
