Hi,
I switched the menu style to Dropline, but when I removed the Cpanel button, the menu defaulted back to CSS. Tried this a few times and it kept happening.
Can you help?
Thanks,
Liz

January 16, 2012 at 9:40 am #433986Hi Liz,
Turn on the cpanel button and make sure that menu style selected there is dropline, apply it. Turn off the cpanel button and clear T3 cache. I think that will solve the issue. If it doent, please provide your site url and admin details via PM, so that I can take a look.

Thank you for your reply. Where do I go to clear the T3 cache?
Thanks again,

January 16, 2012 at 1:10 pm #434017In Joomla admin panel, at the same line as menus Site, Content, Extensions etc you will see a link JAT3 Clean Cache with JA logo. Click on it and it will open a popup, click OK button and T3 cache will be cleared.
January 16, 2012 at 1:42 pm #434021Cleared the cache, but it defaulted right back to the CSS menu once I hid the Cpanel button.
Sorry, how do I contact you via PM?

January 17, 2012 at 7:58 am #434111Hi Liz,
It seems to me there is some confusion.. You seem to have applied the menu style from Cpanel button only. Please note that the cpanel button only shows you how the template will look with different available options but to make your choice, a permanent setting, you need to go to Template Manager > JA Tiris > Profiles Tab > Default Profile > Menu settings. Choose which type of menu style you want, save the template and it is done.
I have changed the menu style to Dropline now, and it is working. Please check and confirm.
