Hi, I have correctly configured my Amazon S3 account and the component syncs the selected files well. The problem is that the file urls aren’t being updated to point to the bucket location.

I’ve disabled cache, and any kind of css wrapping utilities but still not working. I’m using Joomla 3.4

I’ve spent hours trying to make this work correctly and my only conclusion with this component is that it uploads files to S3 correctly, but when it comes to updating the URLs for Joomla, that functionality is really poor, having an erratic behavior. Sometimes it updates correctly URLs, sometimes it doesn’t, especially when choosing to upload files to S3 and deleting them from the local folders.

The documentation available is awful, outdated, and not helpful at all to perform proper debug processes on the component workflow.

As for my brief experience with the support team, I don’t expect great help from them, so I would like to have a more exhaustive documentation of this component which could allow me to debug it appropriately and modify the code if I need it. I need to know how is exactly working, and how it flags the files to be pulled from S3. I guess that’s stated on the "jaamazons3_file" SQL table but it would be great to have the more extensive documentation available to make my research less time consuming.

Sorry for this late reply.

Please make sure that Site Path and Site URL must be the same on Profile Detail.

And if it’s possible, send me your site URL, and Administrator account, so we can check your problem closer.

They are the same. My Site Path is the root folder and the Site URL value is {juri_root}.
