Hello,

we want the possiblity for our user to subscribe to a RSS, so we use the module “Syndication Feeds”.

But our problem is the layout in the frontend.
The idea is to place an RSS icon next to the other icons (from the topmega menu)
See screenshot.
But how can we do this ? We tried a lot of thing, but we don’t found the solution…

And there is a position (in JA Teline IV) named “syndicate”…we can’t see where this position is ?

Hi

If you check the template demo already exist in the topmega menu an icon with the RSS feature but belong to the newsletter module

To change this you have to create a new syndication module and assign it to the mega position

Then go to the topmega menu and in the menu item rss in Parameters (JA Extended) assign the syndication module instead of the newsletter module

Excellent. Thank you.
We put our new module to position “mega”, and made the change in the topmegamenu.
See screenshot.

But is it possible to simplify the way ?
The idea is when you click on the RSS icon, the popup windows for the bookmarking open immediatly, and there is no other windows (like here : syndication feed entries) ?
This is what happens when you clic on “Flux RSS” (see screenshot in post before)

maybe with the ja_popup plugin or a third party extension, i don’t think can be done differently in the actual configuration
