I upgraded to Joomla 3.4. I noticed that the website would view. I searched your site and saw that I needed the t3 blank j34. I tried to upload from computer the t3_blank_j34.zip file. I received the following message:

Error
No file selected.

Unable to find install package

Please advise, thanks

it’s addressed issue on Joomla! 3.4 . Please check on their forum and get patch from repo.
