We can’t Exclude any “modules”, only “positions”.

We have a module that display random quotes called: mod_randomquotes.
If we add to the Exclude list as the randomquotes system is still cached:
module=mod_randomquotes

However, if we Exclude using position:
position=position-5
the quotes module is excluded from cache.

Are we using the incorrect syntax?
Any ideas?

Hi,

We’re using cache page, so, for “Cache Exclude”, it’s only supported by position with modules and component. Don’t “Exclude” by module name.
