I’d like to meet minimum specifications for T3 Framework (PHP,
MySQL, Apache). Download the version “quickstart” (J 1.5) JoomlArt official,
try it on the localhost of my computer works fine, when tested in
    web server is malfunctioning.

Apparently the server not finished loading Extension> Template
    Manager> JA_T3_BLANK

The Apply button does not work. It occurs to me that may be a difference
versions, but we accept suggestions. Both use exactly the same
    installer.

    Regards

Seems that webserver does not comply for system requirements.

    Try this:

1 Enter your ftp details; username and password.
2 Click apply and then close.
3 Select edit template again. The setup should now look vertically oriented like on your localhost.

know the requirements of Joomla, but the only difference between the webhost (PHP 5.2) and localhost (PHP 5.3) were the versions of PHP is a minimal difference.

Joomla works fine, I thought I needed T3 requirements different from joomla.

And this is the correct answer, thank you very much.
