After i update to T3 Framework 2.0.2 it break my general tab. See the attachment

How to fix that ? I Clean my cache and is the same thing

Can you try to clear System Cache and re-install the T3 v2.0.2 manually? The dashboard in your snapshot shows T3 v1.4.3 update instead.
