When Joomla is installed on a sub-domain, the Joomlart templates are not fully functional.

This issue is similar to what was described here, but the wrong things were focussed on there:
    http://id.joomlart.com/forums/topic/template-layout-backend/

The issue affect the template Layout configuration area, and the MegaMenu manager.
These are not functional when the Joomla installation is on a sub-domain.
(I tested it on a new Joomla installation, on both a regular domain, and a sub-domain, to compare and confirm)

    To-reproduce error:
    – Install Joomla on a sub-domain (with test data installed)
    – Install latest Purity III or the t3 blank template
    – Install latest T3 Framework Plugin (currently 2.5.1)
    – Go to the Template Layout settings.
    – Notice that no layout positions are visible
    – Also click on the MegaMenu button, and notice that no menu links are displayed.

    Hi @jconsultingza,

The problem might related to your server configuration or .htaccess instead since I myself already implemented 100+ sites in sub-domain without any problem. Could you please provide your site url and temporary admin account via private reply so I can have a look ?

    Hi @jconsultingza,

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I checked your site and see that you’re using a static Maintenance page, please temporary remove it and use default Joomla! Offline Mode instead and recheck.
