Because position on layout iphone did not add on your site. Please follow my suggestion

change to

<blocks name="middle">
<block name="content-mass-top" style="raw">ja-news-mobile</block>

And you can assign module to this position

Remember to clear cache from Admin area

hi, i’ve add the line.. but still the problem persist..
