I’ve been told that I need to update and reinstall the T3 Framework plugin, and also make a buck up of my site nad information
I need to know that happennds if I don`t do a Bakcup?. Is there a risk to lose some or all the inforamtion I have??

Is there a tutorial video to show me how can I update my T3 Framework plugin?

Hi
We suggest a backup of the site , you if you have any custom changes I will be saved in the backup .When an update is performed it will override the files in previous files and may remove the changes .
You can use JA Extension manager component to update JA Extensions and configure it with your JA Account .
