Whenever I go to the megamenu configuration page, I get a blank page. Can you help please?

Hello Which Joomla Version +template version and T3 version you are using on your site ?

abd update t3 plugin and template to the latest version.

I updated the plugin but it still doesn’t work.

Hello
Did you updated your template also ?
If not update template and T3 plugin to Latest version and check ,
if you have done any customization in the T3 please remove them and check the problems .
