Updated T3 framework to 2.6 and T3 blank template to 2.2.3
When PHP is updated to version 7
1) Megamenu Toolbox are not accessible in the backed
2) Menus do not show on the site

if I roll back to php5.6 it works

You can try to download T3 blank and T3 framework from here and install it on your hosting. Let me know the result.

I have upgraded PHP version at my end to PHP7 and download T3 blank with T3 framework but it’s working as well. Please have a look at the video here.

About the problem on your hosting, it’s very hard to detect the problem on your hosting. In this case, you need to contact your hosting and enable all the error log on your hosting. It will show the error of what did the configuration on your hosting.
