    Hi,

My T3 Save button has a very odd behavior. When I click "Save", it redirects to the website’s homepage and the changes are not saved. Also, the Close button has the same behavior. Anyone knows how to solve this problem?

    I’m using T3 framework version 2.5.5 and Joomla! v3.5.1

    Thanks.

    Hi
If you are getting same issue all around the Joomla saving article /module .
There can be issue of directory permissions . Check the permission of folders and files . If you just started site , i suggest you to make a re-installation of site . I just checked the package and its woking fine . There is no issue in saving .

    Hi,

The issue is only on the T3 Save button and Close button (all other Joomla save article /module are working properly). I checked the folder permissions through Joomla admin panel and everything is writable except for configuration.php. If needed, to better understand the issue, I can send you the login info for the admin panel.

    Thanks.

    Hi
You are using a custom template , kindly install purity iii template and update the T3 plugin to latest version .
You need to use original template in order to get updates and support .

I’ve got a very similar problem with all the JA templates I have installed. For none of them the save button works anymore, plus T3_bs3_blank has also forgotten the logo I had set.

I do get the following message but the changes I made do not stick
    "Message

    Style successfully saved."

I’ve cleared the cache in the browser and Joomla, tried a different browser and the same with that one. Any clues where I could check to see what’s going on?

(Also tried rolling back the T3 plugin to 2.5.3 but that didn’t help either)

    Hi @mgroot
If it happened with all templates ,then there is something wrong in your server config. It might be the issue of directory permission/ownership issue , i tested the same and its working fine for me .
Please check the directory permission of files and folders , should be writable to save changes .

    Hi @pankaj
All the directories and files have the exact same settings (755 for the directories and 644 for the files. The owner and group are the same for all files and directories as well) as the other (not Joomlart) templates I have installed, and they do allow saving of settings. But even if it was the permissions that still wouldn’t explain why the template settings suddenly lost the link to the logo from the settings it had all along..

Any other suggestions where I could look?

    Hi
this is due to the lower PHP version , you need to upgrade PHP version to 5.5+ recommended for Joomla now .
Also increase memory limits to 256M and check it .
    It should solve this problem

Thank you for checking! I can switch to 5.6 but that breaks the current site.. So it’s a bit tricky to continue now 😉
