March 20, 2016 at 8:23 am #902294Hi
yes, I have installed the component; but why do you hide so carefully the link to download the plugin?
another issue: I’m logged in and try to download a file – the message always is: "You need tob be logged in to download …
Just give me the link and I will install the plugin. It’s so easy to use the joomla updater. Why do you invent something that complicated which the world really does not need?

March 21, 2016 at 1:05 am #902484April 9, 2016 at 7:46 pm #911553I just created a new account to this site. Logged in and changed Password. Whenever I go to the download page "Download -> Free Joomla Templates -> T3 Blank" it sais above the download list "You need login to download this item. Login now.". I can go directly to ‘Member’ and edit my Profile. But why can’t I just download the free download items in the list?
Also – I would download the ‘Ja Extension Manager component’, but since that is in the same list where I can’t download, I’m stuck.
Please tell me how to download. Here is why I came here: I have installed T3 System plugin and Purity III a while ago. The Joomla updater now came up and told me that there is an update available for T3 and Purity III. But the download from within the Joomla site doesn’t work.
April 9, 2016 at 8:32 pm #911557I don’t know why, but after 20 Minutes I managed to download the files. I got the JA Extension Manager installed in my site. Now the next two issues arrise:
- I can’t upload anything from local to the repository. It always tells me that for security reasons it didn’t upload, and no installer source was found in the file.
- When I use ‘Extension manager->All Extensions’ and the ‘check updates’ on an Item, e.g. ‘T3 Framework’,
I get updates offered. Change Log and Compare works. But Upgrade now tells me:
"Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Wrong username and password. Login failed! Please try again"
Where do I enter username and Password in the JoomlaArt Extension Manager. I also searched the Manual but couln’t find any instructions on that.
Thank you in advance for your help.
April 10, 2016 at 1:48 pm #911688Figured it out. There was a link beside each Joomla Addon named ‘Service’. There I could enter the user credentials. It worked.
Nevermind – thank you 🙂
