September 12, 2014 at 12:08 am #201260http://www.joomlart.com/forums/downloads.php?do=cat&id=510 shows only version 2.3.1 but Joomla says v. 2.3.2 is to be installed. Even says it twice ???
The template update had to be done manually by FTP as the normal update gave a copy error.
Maybe related to copy error, below.?

September 12, 2014 at 2:52 am #549226Hi Tim,
With JA Products, we recommend you to check and update the new version via JA Extension manager component (JAEM), sometime the default joomla update service cache the old info and it keeps noticing the update message.
You can get rid of these messages by following this tips: http://www.joomlart.com/documentation/wiki-ja-extension-manager/how-to#Known_issues
Then try to download the latest version of JAEM and check update for T3 framework.

September 12, 2014 at 1:45 pm #549367Hi Saguaros,
I think I followed the tips and successfully updated the T3 System plugin on that site. http://news-sgi.globalprintmonitor.org I used JAEM.
Emboldened, I checked the JA extension versions I have on another (Joomla 333) site. http://globalprintmonitor.org/
The Joomla Updater says everything is Up to date 🙂 But JAEM shows every module, plugin and template is out of date.
So I started in JAEM by trying to update the T3 System plugin to v. 2.3.2. Error!
So I tried to install v. 2.3.1 from the Download page in the usual way. Error!
As I mentioned before, both of these sites are exhibiting the dreaded Not all cache can be removed error message when cleaning cache (NoNumber Cache Cleaner), but another site (JA Biz template) on the same server does not. http://res-sgi.globalprintmonitor.org/
To say the least I’m confused. Any ideas?
Regards, Tim
Update:
Since updating the T3 System plugin to v. 2.3.2 on http://news-sgi.globalprintmonitor.org the Not all cache can be removed error message doesn’t appear. However I can’t open Articles Manager – Articles – blank screen. I can open Categories and Featured Articles.
The tab in Chrome shows 2 red vertical bars, same as Plesk !! ??

However I can’t open Articles Manager – Articles – blank screen

When facing this blank page, you can enable the ‘Error Reporting’ option in Global Configuration, it will show error message then you will know where the error comes from. -
