The system is warning me to upgrade T3 to 2.2 but when I try the update selecting T3 B3 blank template and T3 System plugin it returns me an error: “extension update not valid” (sorry for the translation from italian original message). What have I to do? Thanks all

Hi

Are you using the JA extension manager component to update it ?

Configure the component to have the joomlart updates and not as local service.

I have configured the Ja extension manager according to your hint and the upgrade of T3 was succesful, but in some other cases, like the upgrading of JA Biz I received this error message:
Response from JoomlArt Updater Service: Your account does not have enough permission to take this action. Please contact “JoomlArt Updater Service” for more information or use another account.
Which account does it referring to?

Hi

The message refer to your account type you have a JATC standard membership so you can update Joomlart templates and complimentary extensions ( The extensions included in the template installation ) If you are having still problems with it send me a Private Message with your account details for the website i will try to take a look at it
