I am running Purity II v2.5.4 with T3 v2.6.8 and preparing to migrate from J2.5 to J3. The latest T3 version I can find to download is 2.1.3, and Purity II fails to run with it (JAT3 Framework not found). I have to use T3 v2.6.8. Also, I see nowhere where I could have got this latter version from!

Can anybody clarify things for me?

Purity II template is using T3v2 old framework, not latest T3 framework version. If your site is preparing to migrate from J2.5 to J3 you have to use JA T3v2 System Plugin v2.7.1 here
