Rookie question. Do I need to enable the custom.css file somewhere? It is not in templates/t3_blank/css directory nor is there a link to it in the <head> section.

You can create custom.css file and paste to this path

<blockquote>templates/t3_blank/css</blockquote>

This file will auto load on JA Template
