caching is handled by Joomla cache . pages cached are the full content pages of your site .
If you want to stop caching, you can directly disable it from the Global config. >>system>>cache>>OFF
and disable the system cache plugin. from plugin manager .
First try to disable system cache plugin from plugin manager and check .Hope it helps
