About the dotline here, this page is using JA Elicyon template and you can fix this bug with the solution below

Open templates/ja_elicyon/css/template.css file find and change

td,
tr td {
  border-top: 1px solid #dddddd;
}

to

td,
tr td {
  border-top: 0px solid #dddddd;
}

I see your site is using many templates, if you face any issue, you can give me the link front-end and back-end of your site. It will be easier to detect the problem.
