    Hello!

When I copy and paste HTML into an article in JA Ores, the table borders and backgrounds are not visible.

    Please see this example.

    Thank you!

    Hi

When you make a copy and past you must disable your editor tinyMCE otherwise it alter the html
Check your html code in the article if correspond to your original html

No changes. and when I try to disable tinyMCE, it won’t even open a new article or old one….

Any other possibilities? I saw a thread about a similar problem in a different template, but I didn’t know how to apply the solution!

    Thank you!!!

it’s clear you have some problem with your editor this could be the cause of your issue

    Hi!

I installed it, and I’m trying to make it work, but I don’t know if it solve the problem JCE seems to use TinyMCE to run, so I don’t know if that is the problem.

I’m wondering if the problem with the table borders is something else….I found this post on the forum, and I wonder if there is a similiar problem with JA Ores?

Please let me know! Thank you so much for your help! You are very kind!!!

Yep. This is very very disappointing. And it seems, there’s a v-e-r-y little help on JoomlArt’s part, although I’ve been a satisfied customer for years. This forum, also, could be better, a lot better – what’s there? Attitude problems on JoomlArt’s part?

I asked a simple question: what it is, that governs that table borders doesn’t show. Tell me the file and what to do with it.
Pretty much can’t get any simplier than that.

Why on earth have you dear JoomlArt made that not-show somewhat of a default – beats me.

To clarify: no editor problem whatsoever. It’s just the template(s) – something’s goofy here with JA templates.

Right now using the JA University template. Previously just the same problems with JA Edenite.

    Dear, JoomlArt: FIX THIS THING.

    Dear utohotel,

This is an old thread and apologies for late response. With the problem of table border, you can try to set default editor to No in global configuration so that we can know problem comes from editor or our template specific.

You can pm me admin account and url of page where problem can be seen so that I can check for you.

    See you around
