    Component stopped working.

    Server log information as follows:
PHP Notice: Object of class TableBucket could not be converted to int in /var/www/vhosts/sitenamehere.com/httpdocs/administrator/components/com_jaamazons3/models/bucket.php on line 515

    Site: Joomla! 2.5.17

    Thoughts?
    Thanks in advance.

We realize this is the most effective procedure, however we have a policy of restricting access due to an unfortunate experience with other services.

We now have other Joomla 3.2 sites that are experiencing the same error.

mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Notice: Object of class TableBucket could not be converted to int in /websitenamehere/administrator/components/com_jaamazons3/models/bucket.php on line 515, referer: http://www.websitenamehere/administrator/index.php?option=com_jaamazons3&view=bucket&menuId=czNzZXR0aW5ncyxidWNrZXRtYW5hZ2Vy

We did some testing on uploading different file sizes. Smaller files sizes seem okay.
Larger file sizes are not uploading. Larger = 150MB+

Did more testing. Same version of JA S3 extension on two sites. Large files = 150MB+

Large files uploaded on J 2.5.x sites. Worked.
Large files uploaded on J 3.2.x sites. Did not work.

We are a long time user of this extension and your assistance and support have always been excellent. We have reconfigured many server settings to no avail.

Is there any suggestions on timeout, max file size uploads or other settings that you advise we adjust in the files provided for this extension?

We have been patient waiting for support. We will move on to another companies component.

I would suggest that having us and others PM our ftp/account admin credentials as the only option is unacceptable. Other support forums or other support channels provide meaningful solutions that others can learn from.

I’m sorry for my late response, somehow I missed this thread.

<blockquote>I would suggest that having us and others PM our ftp/account admin credentials as the only option is unacceptable. Other support forums or other support channels provide meaningful solutions that others can learn from.</blockquote>

Yes, we only request administrator account or FTP credentials if it needs to debug the issue.
In your case, an issue occurred in back-end and it related to hosting configuration, so we need to check these settings to suggest you a fix.
