Hi there,

Our site is coming along very well, however we have been limited on the product description to add additional details. We downloaded the tabs plugin but we haven’t made it work properly, could you please lets us know if this is the right way to add additional tabs and how we make it work, or if we should do something else.

Which tab plugin are you mentioning? pls also send me screenshot highlighting the area you want th tab display. I will help you to check it further.

As I mentioned on my original message, we would like to add on the PRODUCT DESCRIPTION tabs to display segmented information, (like specs, accessories, etc).

We downloaded this but could not make it work http://www.joomlart.com/joomla/extensions/ja-tabs. How coul we add this additional tabs, is it possible…?

Please see the attached files one is from our website and the other is from another retail.

I’m afraid you could not use JA Tabs plugin in VirtueMart product

If you want to have tabs in product page in VM, you have to customise Virtuemart to achieve it. The associated file for product detail page is:templates/ja_cagox/html/com_virtuemart/productdetails/default.php and follow the sample here to make the tab
