July 5, 2013 at 12:55 pm #188717I am using JA Mitius with Joomla 3.1.1 and Easyblog for articles.
I can display EasyBlog articles on the site with JA Accordion and JA Tabs, how do I place tabs inside EasyBlog articles?
I would like to add tabs and add content within the tabs.
Are nested tabs within content an option?
EasyBlog is now included as part of the new Beranis responsive template, does this mean JA Tabs in EasyBlog articles would be responsive on JA Mitius?

July 6, 2013 at 5:46 am #498146Hi dealthenuts,
Officially, We don’t include the Easy Blog component in our JA Mitius template. Not sure that you can place JA Tabs in Easy Blog article. But, I will try on your requirements & back to you with detailed answer next Monday, because Joomlart support service is closed on weekend and especially I need more time on this. Hope you can wait for me.

Yes. You can place the tabs inside EasyBlog blog normally as Joomla article. But, in this case you can put the codes for calling the tabs position directly into EasyBlog content and don’t need to load a Custom HTML module first.i.e: You should put the codes into HTML format:
{jatabs type="modules" module="tabs-top" position="top" mouseType="click" animType="animFade"} {/jatabs}

The JA Tabs modules were responsive in EasyBlog articles when I checked out on our demo hosting. You can feel free to customize as you want.Richard A FriendRichard A

July 8, 2013 at 2:29 pm #498289Hi Leo,
Thank you for the reply and help.
I was able to add tabs into the EasyBlog articles but using the “modules” type and module “tabs-top” adds the tabs and content for the custom module with the tabs-top module parameter.
I know I can use a different module parameter (for example “new-tabs”) to obtain different tabs and content, but all I am actually looking for is the ability to place tabs in the EasyBlog article and add my own content, for example:
Tabs 1 Tab 2 Tab 3 Tab 4 in article 1 (just the tabs, no content) and the same tab headings on article 2, article 3 etc.
I would then go to the relevant tab in each article and add unique content (Tab 1 in article 1 would be different from tab 1 in article 2 etc).
Is this possible?

Yes. You can do that. Try to adjust your tabs position with css styles if needed. -
