February 22, 2017 at 10:28 am #1012828Hi, When I go to the Tagged Items menu option or click on a Tag in an Article in the Magz II demo I see a whole list of articles with tags: http://www.joomlart.com/demo/#magz-ii
When I click on the same option in a testing site I’ve set up I only see one article: http://testing.robertfairhead.com/tagged-items.
Is there a plug-in I need to download and/or enable? I will send you the admin login for my testing site via a separate, private only post.

February 23, 2017 at 3:41 am #1012985Hi, An update, I’ve found out why the tagged articles aren’t displaying, there’s an error that stops the articles and anything in the sidebars from being displayed:
<li class="cat-list-row0 clearfix" >
<a href="/entertainment/101-50-earthquake-alarm-could-save-thousands-of-lives">
<img src="/images/joomlart/demo/entertainment-7.jpg" alt=""><div class="tag-body">
$50 Earthquake Alarm Could Save Thousands Of Lives
<DIV style='text-align:left;padding-bottom:30px;padding-top:10px'><script type='text/javascript'>var switchTo5x=true;</script><script type='text/javascript'</DIV>... </div> </li>
The error appears just after the 2 closing DIVs in the source code fragment above. Safari lists the error as:
SyntaxError: Unexpected token ‘…’ (anonymous function) — tagged-items:312
So now I know where the error is but not what causes it and how to solve it. Any ideas?
Regards, Robertf

February 24, 2017 at 2:28 am #1013234Hi Robert,
It looks like there is only one article has tag ‘Entertainment’ so when you click this tag, it shows only 1 article: http://testing.robertfairhead.com/tagged-items/8-entertainment
In our demo site, we display the right sidebar also, so it looks quite different.
Could you check again?

February 24, 2017 at 5:42 am #1013261Hi Saguaros, If you read my post (February 23, 2017 at 3:41 am) you’ll see I found, there’s an error that stops the articles and anything in the sidebars from being displayed, after displaying the first tagged article.
My testing website should look exactly the same as your demo, it has the same template and demo data. You could confirm this by logging in, using the login details I provided in the private post (February 22, 2017 at 10:32 am).
Regards, Robert

February 27, 2017 at 6:48 am #1013794Hi Robert,
I tried to switch default template to a standard template of Joomla like Beez but the same error appears: http://prntscr.com/edukpg
Something wrong from the core tag component of Joomla on your site, have you upgrade from old Joomla version?

February 27, 2017 at 9:43 am #1013859Thanks for testing, Saguaros. Yes, the website is updated from old versions of Joomla – perhaps the tags functionality hasn’t updated properly? I will look at it tomorrow and let you know.
BTW, the tag functionality is working fine in my local dev environment (MAMP on my Mac Mini).

You can try take a backup of your working site in local and upload to a test site in your server and see how it goes.
