    Hi,

    I’m trying to save tags in a Joomla article, but the following error is generated:

    It’s a clean install of Uber home and everything is up to date – any idea why it’s not working?

    It’s something to do with the database, but not just my database – it’s an original fault with the template…

    I just created a Demo Builder and tried exactly the same with the same error:

    Your demo site (Uber) is ready. Here is the information:
    Site URL: http://f4841880294a7b0109804ad5991a9e70.site.joomlart.com/
    Admin URL: http://f4841880294a7b0109804ad5991a9e70.site.joomlart.com/administrator/
    Username: admin
    Password: 17945881

    Tags can be generated in the component, but not added to an article etc.

    Yep, the problem is there from the off… it happened straight away on the Demo site as well, without any other changes!

    What’s wrong with the site?
    Is it fixable or do I need to reinstall a clean template?
    I’ve made quite a few overrides…

    Hi Matt,

    I have checked Database from Extension Manager -> Database -> Fix and got the problem


    Database schema version (in #__schemas): 3.3.6-2014-09-30.
    Update version (in #__extensions): 3.3.6.
    Database driver: mysql.
    84 database changes were checked successfully.
    139 database changes did not alter table structure and were skipped.

    This is a problem from upgrade old JOOMLA version to new on our product. That’s why the tags did not work on your site. Please wait for development team to fix it and don’t break

    Great, thanks @ninja Lead,
    Will it fix on my site, or will I have to install an update to the template again?
    I’m concerned that may affect other parts of my site, but I guess I have no choice?
