I’m developing a new website that has to be launched this weekend.

I have a list of contactpersons (team members) listed on the website using the default Joomla contact component. As some of those members participate in several working groups I decided to use the tagging system to sort them in the right way.

But when I click a tag there are no results showing. Also when I create a menu item on base of this tags, an empty page is the result. I have tried it with a default template (Beez3) and then it is working as it should be. So there is some issue in this template that causes this problem.

Can you please help me out on this?

I have provided a password with this message as the site is offline at the moment for development.

    Additional information:
Joomla version: 3.4.3 (new, clean install).

    Hi

You can go to this directory: /root/templates/ja_techzone/html/com_tags/ and try to rename the folder ‘tag‘ inside.

Refresh your site and see how it goes.

Yup, that works, thanks. (Actually, just before I saw this post I tried the same thing and that solved it.)

So, the Joomlart template override has a mistake in it?

Anyway, I can finish the website now!
