Hi,
1. There is, if you go to Product->Bryston and keep on clicking LOAD NEXT SET, it will keep on looping the same items non stop. 🙁
I still see the BLACK ERROR PAGE from time to time within this half an hour too. It is very random.
2. For the events page, if you click event before loading all items, it still has problem capturing all non-display items. This is still causing a lot of issues.

November 29, 2014 at 4:53 pm #557010Can all the list be solved? I don’t think I can list them all out, the error keeps on coming on all pages. Chinese version-News section is repeating listing all items as well. I think it is happening to all pages.
Also, how do I move a specific item to the top of the page? For example the 2*2 Proficient block in the screen shot?

2. “I still see the BLACK ERROR PAGE from time to time within this half an hour too. It is very random.”. You should check the new domain as it’s random and appear when you move your site to new domain.
3. I discuss with development and this is the answer “The tag in only the filter, so it can only show the loaded items. For unloaded item, the tag can’t show”. Therefore, user need to click on “Load Next Set” to see items

2. This has nothing to do with domain transfer at all. I had this error very often when the site was first set up.
3. Is there any code adjustment that would enhance the tag feature?
4. “After you are logged onto the site, could you please go to news, select this language “繁” and try loading all data by clicking “load next data”? The query keeps on running non stop and is continuously displaying the same data. I have highlighted it in the attachment.”

December 2, 2014 at 8:57 am #5573461. After carefully checking, I face once the error “1030 Got error 28 from storage engine …” This error means that “there is not enough disk space”. You can refer to THIS ARTICLE for more information

4. Kindly fixed the “1” first then we will check this ones.
5. You can set the order in
Menu >> Menu -En >> Acoustic Signature >> Tag Option >> Orderthen set that article to be the highest priority of order

–No, this is not what I mean. I was hoping to load the tagged items without loading all the items out before clicking on the specific tag because of the amount of products I’m displaying. I’m not sure if the customers know how it works. I made the order changes in the Global setting-> tags. however, it would be easier if the items can be ordered in the order that I physically order. I do not want to order by date nor the number of tags. It would be nice if there’s the order option like in the blog style6. Did you forget to turn off the debugging mode? I see this at the end of each page.

December 3, 2014 at 3:40 am #5574741. It’s about the space of the server to store your site, not the database only. The database file size is small. That why “The problem is the more data I input, the more errors I get”
Have your refered THIS ARTICLE ?When I tried to backup your site to test in local host, I also face problem with disk space >>
So, kindly ask host provider about or trying to test your site in local host/another host
3. I discuss with developer before about this idea but he said that it is difficulty as it will affect the loading of other tag and the all tag
5. I’m afraid that this is default function of Joomla

Also the order has some problem all of a sudden, it’s leaving out white spaces in between the squares…why? Please see screenshots, thx

a. Checking server space for your site
b. Trying to test your site in local/another hostYour issue is very weird, we haven’t faced these issues before. I even can’t use the Akeeba backup to backup your site from back-end. Therefore, kindly check my above suggestion then let me know the result

1. Is it because your template having problems supporting too many items?
2. In any case, the listing of the item blocks location doesn’t have any thing to deal with the 101 error code. Please look into this problem as shown in my previous screen shots
3. In cases while we show the load next set, can I default it to other color instead of invisible. Some users complain that they don’t know how to load the next set. It’s ok for it to be shown as blue during the hover mode. How to change the texts from load next set to load more?

Seems that the disk stores your site is out of space, you will need to contact your hosting for help on this. You can discuss with them for the solution from this sample

1. I passed your insight to the server provider again.
2. It is happening on my samsung 13inch screen but not on the 22 inch LG nor on the 13 inch sony. Why?
3. Did you change the code for me because the code got changed. Thanks. I tried to play with around the color before hovering but it didn’t work.
4. If you go to “world of Richcoln”->Events-> choose any of the events as shown in the article. You will see the screenshot attached below. The wrong ordering of pictures happen to my 22 inch screen. I *think* they look ok on an 13 inch? Please try it out.
I really love this template however, it’s giving me so much error 🙁
